I haven't used Fresh Animations by Fresh_LX much because I had a few issues with it, but it looks super nice and breathes a lot of life into all of the mobs. My favorite resource pack is Stay True by haimcyfly, as the name entails, it stays true to the Minecraft art style while also making various tweaks to it. I personally enjoy making the shadows pixelated and having the world curve options on especially.
My personal favorite shaders though is Complementary by EminGTR, it has a ton of customizability and you can really fine tune it to however you like. Mind you all of these are for Java, I don't play Bedrock edition. There aren't really any "starter" shaders or resource packs, it's a very subjective matter.Īlthough if you want a shader that isn't super intensive but still has that nice shader feel, I recommend Potato Shader by RRe36.įrom hereon I'm just gonna start recommending my personal favorite shaders/resource packs.
